Conscious Leadership

"The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership: A New Paradigm for Sustainable Success” (by Diana Chapman, Jim Dethmer and Kaley Klemp) are designed to help leaders shift from fear-based, reactive leadership to conscious, self-aware, and empowered leadership.

I commit to sourcing approval, control, and security from within myself.

I commit to experiencing that I have enough of everything—including time, money, love, energy, space, and resources.
