Questions
- What's here, when there's no problem to solve? Then bring awareness to be aware of itself.
- How can you find love for the thing you hate? Hatred can't be cured with hatred. It can only be cured with love.
- Before you speak or respond, ask: Is it true? Is it kind?
- What is this? (observe)
- What am I grateful for?
Sense Control
- Wim Hof meditation method: deep breath in, relaxed out, count to 7 then backwards to 1 and then again until relaxed.
- Wim Hof basic Breathing method: deeply in relaxed out (30-40 times), then out and hold for as long as comfortable (=retention phase), then deep in and hold for (10-15 seconds). Repeat the whole process 3-4 times total. This makes the body alcaline instead of acidic.
- Fixate one point. Your mind can't run around when your eyes are fixated on one point.
- Warmes weiches Wachs um jene Stellen imaginieren, in denen Angst bezüglich Zukunft oder Vergangenheit sitzt.
- Headlessness: Pointing at the empty space you're looking out of.
- Breath pump, eyes open (World rushing in, self pushing out)
Thougths
- The thought of x isn't x. It's just a thought.
- Buddhism in one sentence: Everything changes.
- Don't be bothered by your thoughts. Just let them pass through.

- All the problems are already solved. Feel that. See that this already is.
- Third Person view on yourself. Imagine seeing yourself like in a movie.
- Loving Kindness: formulate good wishes for others. Mean them.
- Everything ends.
- Everything already is.
